What language is English XA?

Settings, Languages & input > Languages > Add a language = Suggested > English XA.

What is it? Screenshot added.

Yes. But when I select English US (as for the screenshot was used), still the suggested language is English XA. And whats the Arabic XB?

From what i've been able to find, these two are an Android feature meant for app developers and testing localization in apps. You get them as an option when you enable the developer options in Android by tapping the build number 7 times.

English (XA😞 Adds Latin accents to the base English UI text, expands the original text by adding non-accented text, and brackets each message unit to expose potential issues from expanded text.
