Screen stays on after fully charged

Hey Guys

I am having a wierd and annoying issue with my new Xperia X

When I put the phone on to charge overnight a couple times when i got up during the night I have noticed that the screen is on constantly on. 

A few times when I wake up in the morning and I check my phone the screen was on too.

I have checked that Daydream is off and that Developer options > Screen awake is disabled too. The phone is only a few days old.

Any ideas?

Whilst charging phone overnight I wake up and phone is turned off and have to hard reset (power button volume) use phone as alarm so a pain..

Xperia companion, it will install the firmware from fresh and wipe everything, hopefully fixing any rogue software errors

I have returned the phone and after 4days then can collect the phone upon calling service Centre. According to them, only firmware update to my phone no hardware problem.

A guy from the online chat told me the automatic turning on screen after fully charged is a design not a dysfunction. So basically it's a design for using extension deck instead of charging from the wall socket directly?

Hi I am experiencing a problem after I have fully charged my xperia X, I go to switch phone back on enter pin and then the start up screen is white but the xperia lettering changes colour and that's it nothing else happens, I then have to allow battery to go flat before I can do anything, this is the 3rd time in 5 days this has happened, any suggestions why this bit be?

In addition, near the Sim slot, on the right you should have a small hole where you can put a small tip to reset the device so, in case will happen again (and I hope no) you won't have to wait the battery to go flat to restart the device.

My Xperia X restarts everytime the battery is charged to 100%. And after the restart, the battery level remaining would be 98%.

In addition to the above the problem, if the phone is still connected to the charger after the recharge, the phone will continously make the sound when the charger is plugged in. As in, the charger is removed and connected in every two seconds.

Please help me out in this..
