Battery problem

Noticed today battery draining fast. Plugged into wall and later USB to charge. Showing it's charging but %not going up. What should I do.

Restart the phone and test a different cable / wall charger

Thank you I did that, and managed to get it sorted. Was stressing for a while there. The wall charger definitely seems to have issues, I've not tried again with the USB cable but a different wall charger did the trick.
