just got HT-XF9000 sound bar and updated firmware, but now some of the functions on the remote dont work when i press the button all 5 lights flash on sound bar is this normal.

Hi there,

Welcome to the Sony Community.

The system may be in demo mode and I would recommend to reset the system.

Press and hold the power button and the volume on the main unit for more than 5 seconds and the system should restart.  Let me ?
