Best way to connect TV to stereo

Hi, can someone tell me what's the easiest/best way to connect a Sony HCD-SBT100B stereo to a Sony KD-43XE7073 TV for decent sound please?

Hi,

You can connect the headphones out jack of your TV to the audio in jack of the CMT-SBT100.

You will need a 3.5mm stereo jack to 3,5mm stereo jack cable.
