I sold my xperia z4 to a third party and now he says that although he has successfully signed into the tablet using his Google account and downloaded apps from the Play Store, he cannot opne any of the apps. He says they are "not responding". I had MyXperia protection on the tablet but deactivated this before sending it off, but I don't if this has somehow caused it. I have no other information other than the apps are "not repsonding" Any ideas? Will I have to get him to return it or can I fix this remotely somehow? Any advice would be helpful.

If it is happening to every app, have him do a software repair using Xperia Companion.

Yes, he is saying that it is happening with all apps. I will pass on the advice and see if it helps.
