How do I connect to an exchange server?

Having a problem connecting to a (work) exchange server, anyone with any tips? Gmail was a breeze, but the exchange is prooving a challenge..!

do you have instruction sheet from your it people adminning your exchange server?

y ou may need some hard to guess parts such a a domain part before your username,

and the correct name of the server you connect to. Just your emailadress, pwd and login are not enough..
