External storage connection

Hi,

I have a problem to connect the external storage to my Tablet Z4.

I downloaded several app but they did not find the device.

How can i do to solve it?

Did you try the "detect usb" quick launch icon in the taskbar?

Even unsupported file structures detect but are inaccessible.
