my new ILCE-7M4 has version 1.10 and I can't seem to update to version 2.01 despite following correct procedure on the website and downloading to the memory card. Have phoned sony help desk today, but they couldn't understand and asked for a photo of my camera showing the version! Does anyone know of this issue?
