WF-1000XM4 Wind Sound in Left Earbud

Hi guys, had my earbuds for just over 2 month and my left bud has started making a sound that I can only describe as wind blowing. This happens both in ambient mode and ANC mode. All my firmware is up so date, and I’ve also re-initialised them, but still the problem persists. Anyone else had similar issues ? Or is it worth me getting an exchange ad the buds are still under warranty. Thanks in advance

Hi @Jalapeno22, have you tried toggling on the wind noise reduction through the app?

Hi Griffin, yeah I tried turning that on/off. As well as tuning off ANC and ambient mode, but the problem still existed. This happened if I was indoor or outdoor. So I knew it wasn’t being caused by the actual wind. I’ve manage to secure an exchange with my retailer. So hopefully that solves the problem
