Web page display problem

The site http://dcviews.co.uk/ will not display correctly on my S3VP. It is made up of frames & uses javascript but much of the data is missing. It works fine on all other PC's I've tried.
I have cleared cache, cookies etc.

Any ideas please?

Check your security settings are on medium (tools > Internet options > Security) and also check if you have NIS running, as I've known it to interfere with browsing.

Internet settings are Medium, NIS is running but problem remains even if disabled.
