Upgrade AMD Athlon II P340

I have a Sony VAIO VPCEE31FX with an AMD Athlon II P340 processor in it.  I'd like to upgrade the processor but I don't know which one(s) is/are compatible and would provide the best performance increases.

Could somebody please shed some light on which ones would work and which one would work best?
