Sony vaio vgn-ar850e crashes battery turns on when power button pressed

Hello I've been having issues with my laptop when I installed Windows 10 on it every 5 minutes the computer will show a blank screen and the whole system would crash with no error code but once I press down the power button to force shut it off the battery indicator lights on when during the force shutdown and there are happened time set the BIOS has told me static conflict when the BIOS is turned on when I looked it up it said date and time problem but when I check the time it was set correctly and now each time when I try putting data or an update on its the system would crash with no error code or anything just a blank screen and the only source I can at least find for information is that light indicator for the battery when I press the button it stays on until the computer completely shuts down but once I unpress it the light indicator comes off with no hard drive light or anything if anybody can help me with this I really appreciate it thank you

Did you perform an official Sony upgrade to Windows 10 or

just install a standard copy? If so this could well be the problem.

Do you still have the ability to perform a factory reset?

I've tried to find the model number mentioned, but it doesn't seem to be anywhere on the UK website, are you sure this is a UK model?

Also, since you mentioned that the issue happened since you first installed Windows 10, I believe this might be due to a compatibility issue.

The compatible models with Windows 10 upgrade are listed here: http://bit.ly/2UGX4JW, I'd recommend checking that the model you've is fully compatible.
