RAM upgrade help please

Want to increase my PCG-Z1XSP from 512 to 1024 RAM. I'm in the UK - can anyone tell me what I need to buy and a decent place to get it online? A short install guide would also be cool!

Best place for memory is www.crucial.co.uk they offer lifetime warranty on there memory. They also have a very good product finder, and have very quick delivery.
