Problem with Modem Drivers

Hi.

Recently I purchase a Sony VAIO VGN-C1Z/B.

I format and install Windows XP Pro SP2 and download all the package drivers from the VAIO webpage.

All works fine excep Modem, that no work.

Can anyone help me to install the modem driver ?
