PCG-Z1RMP CD-DVD Problem

Hi Everyone,

My CDRom doesn't work anymore 😞 . My laptop is quite new and worked perfectly so far. Unfortunatly Windows can't find my CDRom/DVD player anymore. It does load the drivers and those are up to date but i've got no results 😞

Does anyone has an advice ?

Hi

My PCG-Z1SP had the same problem. Had to go back to Sony for a new CD-DVD unit. Vaio Link turned it around in about a week, works perfect now.

Thanks for your reply Dave, I'm a huge Sony fan and it will be very hard for me to give away my laptop for a couple of weeks but i fear i don't have much of a choice 😞
