PCG-FR 315B Keyboard-trouble

hey, i have trouble with my notebook pcg-fr315b. my left shiftkey like to the same as capslock, and my right shiftkey have the same function as the escapekey. it's that normal? where i can get drivers or updates? ... please answer me... germans like to mail me at [email protected]

when it's a hardware-problem, what can i do?

Sounds like the keyboard has had some kind of damage to the lead connecting it to the motherboard.

i think now, its really a hardwareproblem. but what can i do? i have installed win xp prof. and deleted the orignial home-version. have i lost my garantee? (europe aggreements)

can anyone help me?

As long as you recover the unit to it's original state your warranty will be fine.
