mpeg4 to mpeg2

hi everyone,i recently purchased a sony dsc-m1 camera which is a mpeg4.i cannot really do much with the supplied software.i have a sony desktop rs604.
can any one please advice me which is good soft ware to convert mpeg4 to mpeg2 and make dvd to play on normal dvd player.the supplied software is pixela with which i only really view the movie shot on the camera.

yes i have tried windows movie maker.it doesn't support mpeg4.
can't use it

I have no problems with DivX files.

Windows Movie Maker sucks.

Nah, it's free. And the only thing what I really not like, is that I have no control to configure the Codec. Like with DivX. And that sucks really.
