Memory VPCF11M1E/H

I have Laptop VPCF11M1E/H and i need to upgrade my memory, but i dont know which frquency, and capacity is compatible with my motherboard, i havent found any manual with these informations. Could you help me to choose compatible memory witch my laptop?

I choosed http://www.alza.cz/EN/corsair-so-dimm-8gb-kit-ddr3-1600mhz-cl9-vengeance-d284520.htm but i don't know if this memory is supported.

Your model uses DDR3 PC3-10600, DDR3 PC3-8500, DDR3 (non-ECC)

Hi there 

I also bought that ram but my laptop will not boot also the fan is very loud as well. Did you solive either of these problems.  The Sony site says 1066 mhz and crucial says 1600 ghz . Thank you . Eddie
