How to upgrade RAM on Vaio VPCJ21M1EB?

I want to upgrade the RAM on a VPCJ21M1EB from 4Gb to 8Gb. Can anyone direct me to a guide or service manual for gaining access to the RAM slots?

Also does anyone know whether the default 4Gb RAM occupies all of the available RAM slots, or whether there is a spare slot allowing an additional 4GB to be added?

According to Crucial memory the maximum supported memory for this model is 8192MB.

Short of inspecting the memory slots it is difficult to say whether both slots are occupied but the Crucial system scanner should provide this information.
