DRIVERS !!!

I just bought a VGF-AP1L, bloody great mp3 player luv it etc....

Just one problem, the cd that came with it doesnt have the drivers required to install it to windows XP, so i cant transfer music across to it

Gonna fone up vaio support tomorrow, but im desperate to get it working and dont really wanna wait while sony source me a new cd.
Could some kind soul please send me the files in the "\Device\Driver\WinXP" on your VGF-AP1L CD so that i could start listenin to music

I think I have the same problem as you, but I am not sure we are supposed to have to install drivers as such.

Certainly my PC does not recognise the VP and keeps trying to install a driver - which of course is not on the CD.

I'll keep searching the Web, but if you get an answer from Sony please post it.
