CPU Upgrade

I want to upgrade my CPU Inside my FR415B which is a celeron bases laptop. I don't know what socket or slot it is? Or how to upgrade it. Is their and BIOS hacks for the graph card to increase performance. I'm a mobile gamer and lastest games are still jurgy on 648X460 low detail. THANKS
