CPU upgrade in Vaio VGN-NS10J (QX9300)

Hi,
I have Sony Vaio Vgn-NS10J a bit old laptop. I changed the cooling manually to water-cool system, because the original cooling crashed.
My idea is to change the inside T9600 CPU to QX9300 for more computation capacity.
What do you think about this? Is it possible, will it work?
(Maybe I have to change the charger for more energy?)
