Anyone help? just upgraded to a BT Broadband wireless router Voyager 2091 connected through USB to allow my son the ethernet acces to his XBox but can only connect if I open my telephone line and leave it open if I hang up the connection drops out, all filters brand new and working any suggestions?

My Dad has exactly the same BT Voyager and I set it up without the filter.....try without the filter otherwise the exchange is causing the drop out so you need to talk to BT.
