Vaio care programme

Can anyone help me on this issue??? I have a kind of problem after upgrading my sony vaio care software from interent. I seems like i have to buy a programm to high up my internet access speed. Does anyone have the same indication??? Please help me on this cause i am not that handy with software. And it is my first time using sony vaio. So this is my first baby
