Having purchased a TV in May, I have spent the last 6 weeks attempting to obtain a refund, as yet unsuccessfully from Sony. In that time, I have experienced by far and away the worst customer service imaginable. To say its shocking would be an understatement. From ignored emails, bouncing between departments, constant calls to customer services who blatantly lie to me, everything.
I am refusing to let the matter rest until I have a full refund and will pursue it through the courts if necessary. However, in the meantime, has anyone successfully contacted the complaints dept to discuss this shambles other than a generic email address? If so I would appreciate the details. Many thanks.
