Netflix suddenly stopped working last week. Just didn't want to connect to the internet??
I have managed to resolve the issue.
The TV is hard wired to my router (BT Home Hub 4r). TV Wireless option off.
Switched off the router and disconnected the LAN cable from the TV.
Reset the TV to Factory Settings
Set up the wireless network option.
Refreshed internet content.
Bingo - connected to Netflix.
Switched off the router.
Reconnected the LAN cable and switched back on.
Turned off built in WiFi.
Set up internet for wired LAN
Now connects to Netflix with no issues.
Took me a fair while to eventually sort the issue. Sony support (pleasant guy) insisted the issue was a conflict with BT's parental controls, which I knew it wasn't as they were disabled. So it came down to trial and error in the end. Hope this helps.
