TV problem

Help please.  Model KDL 32WD756

tv tuned and channels stored but  “ no event info” and no picture. Has the parental lock been applied to all channels. How ca I resolve this issue.  Thanks

I contacted a tv repair expert who said that Sony software is notorious for breaking down and to unplug for an hour and restart. I did this and tv now working.
