The quest for 3d Filters, they will be mine!

I have a KDL46ex723, with 4 pairs of TDGBR250, thought i'd try out the 3d experience, oh dear crosstalk central, so rang up Sony 03.04.13, and was offered some free filters, ok I said nice one, nearly 3 months later still no 3d filters, oh dear Sony your customer service is A DISGRACE, I keep getting escalated and eascalated, with no result, I have now made it my mission in life to get my 3d filters, I dont care if they work or not, my case number is 8362056 if any one from Sony reads these forums, cheers Mark Chambers.

can an you tell me if the mythical filters ever arrived or worked? We have a kdl-46hx853 and the 3D crosstalk/ghosting seems to have got worse recently.
