Sound level on interactive services on Sony KDL32WD751
Hi,
We are really pleased with this TV (apart from the Channel 5 app no longer working).
When we watch an interactive service such as IPlayer or Netflix, we have to set the volume to around 45-50 to get a good audio level. However , on terrestrial TV and HDMI input, we only need to set it to about 20.
Could any advise on how to sort this ?.
Many thanks

Hi Martin,
Welcome to the community.
I'll see if I can track down an answer. Maybe someone else in the community has an idea in the meantime.
Thanks,
Pascale

Hi martinhog,
I've tried to look for solutions to this. Here are some steps listed by Sony to set the volume to one standard level: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/televisions-projectors/articles/00173903
Let us know if this resolves it,

Hi, sadly this only works for that HDMI , Scart and Broadcast inputs. If you select "all apps" to enable I Player, if you select "home" , this takes you back to the menu where you can select "all apps".
