Still no joy with sound bar. I have tried every which way to connect sound bar to TV, HDMI, optical cable

together on there own. The issue is still there very frustrating. There seems to be a lot of reviews

saying they have lip sync problems with the same model. I wonder if it is compatible with my TV.

Hi johnl18,

There are two different types of sound lag or lip-sync. The first is when you watch any content and the lag starts from the first second till the end, the second, which is called drifting, is where the movie or content starts normally at the beginning then the lag starts to happen gradually.

I'd suggest removing the soundbar from the mains for a couple of minutes then try and check which type is it first so that I can tell you the best solution.
