Sound Bar on KDL 46HX923

The sound bar on my Bravia TV has stopped working. When I turn the TV on it says that it is detected but when you try and turn it on using the sync menu its says that the Audio System is active but there is no sound.

It has done this before and has then righted itself. Has anybody got any idea why it does this?

Hi,

check the power supply to the SUB461S as it may be faulty or broken, if thats ok re check your HDMI connections and make sure they are securely in place, if still no luck there then maybe if you still have warranty in place then see about a replacement.

hi it could be the setting on the C.HDMI on the Amp menu, if the sound bar is conected by hdmi cable this needs to be set at ON.
