the background sound on this tv is much louder than the programming. Nothing I can do works. I see everyone who has your tv has the same problem, whcih you seem to ignore.
Turn off all sound modes, keep it all as standard. Is this problem only on broadcasts (Freeview) or coonected devices like USB Drive/bluray player etc?
