I've had this tv for a few months now.
Yesterday when I turned it on and pressed netflix it said it wouldnt couldnt connect to the wifi as it is too far away...
I turned it off and back on again and its still having the same problem. I have tried to connect it via WPS and through manual entry and still no luck.
Its as if something happened to it over night, as it hasnt done this before.
Any help?

do you have any other device to verify the WiFi still reaches the room your TV is in?
Maybe one antenna on your router is defective or it downloaded a firmware-update, which changed something about your WiFi-network?

Thanks for getting back to me.
The TV is placed about 2meters away from the router, and the wifi is fine across the house. I have already called up BT and they have done a connectivity check etc...
I completed a factory reset also last night as from a few forums I had read that seemed to be what the issue was. When It started up as new it found the wifi and said it was connected.
After the set up was complete it just dropped from it and said to search for it again, and once again it couldnt connect to our wifi...
