Bought smp-n100 a fee months ago and worked ok until last week when unable to acquireBBCiplayer with message 'there is no response from the DNS - check network settings' All other sources remain available including demand 5 etc Took it back to retailer who had iayer working fine so brought it him and reset to factory setting and started from scratch but still no I player. Can get I player without problem on Macs and iPhone. Any ideas anone??
Nothing unusual!! Retailer has offered to have it in their workshop although I will not be surprised is NFF. Tried it again this morning - reset the box and set up again but issue persists. Settings are normal pi led up via auto setup. What a pain!!
