Setting a program reminder on Youview

Just bought a Sony Bravia KD55XG81 55-inch LED 4K HDR Ultra Smart Android TV and can’t seem to set a programme reminder on Youview - can anyone help as can’t imagine why this function wouldn’t be available??

Hi Robbie,

As far as I'm aware, this functionality isn't available when Youview is enabled on the TV. This was raised to Sony as feedback.

Just bought the Sony AG9 65” and I am amazed that YouView doesn’t have that functionality so have to switch back to standard viewing but now can’t use the itv hub app as it says I have to enable YouView 😳😳😳

There is a permissions issue between you view and Sont, so as a result not all functionality is available, so like me you have a TV which you can fully use.  Very frustrating as it’s not a widely publicised issue
