Hi,

Can I setup screen mirroring between my Sony Bravia TV (Model: KDL-40NX703) and my new phone Sony Xperia Z?

Unfortunately not as its both hardware ( entirely new chipset and processor) and software in the TV's thats required to deliver mirroring, not just software, otherwise an upgrade may have been possible.

You cannot do it directly as Catmambo said but you can you go get a miracast add on receptor like the netgear PTV3000 and there you go 😃

Cheap miracast hdmi plugins are coming out very soon from chinese manufactures. So by June / July 2013 they should be available online for import.
