Replacement remote - RM-AAP062

I have a STR-DH820 AV Receiver and the remote is getting a little unresponsive (yes changed batteries). I can't find a replacement on Sony Online shop, am I missing the replacement remote on the shop or is an exact replacement not available?

I thought I had an issue with a remote but when I got the new one I still had the problem.  Might be worth trying to borrow a remote to check it actually is the remote at fault.

Sony do not usually sell replacement remote untis via there online store but you can usually find these parts at 4ourhouse..:smileywink:
