Dear Sony support,
I would like to ask your support because the TV dont communicate by net. This TV don't include wifi. I have direct cable contact. The TV know the net it is working but I cannot update anything on it. I got the <2200> failure and I need to contact with Sony.
Some years ago I could use but it is not working at the moment.
Pleaselet me know how I can eliminate this problem because I would like to use the internet.

Hi @laszloszabop Sorry this is a customer to customer help community. If you want to contact Sony Support direct you should use the dedicated support site for your Country. Hungary?
