kdl-nx55810 free to air hd channels

Need help. Im trying to tune in my kdl-nx55810 free to air hd channels. It finds them but only the audio comes. The picture remains black. How can i fix this please?

Have you tried updating the firmware on this TV first? This may well solve the issue.

I did check and it happens that i have the latest firemware. I tried factory reset but still the same problem. Can someone help me please?

Firstly, to confirm the problem, When you go to a HD channel (ie, 101, 102, 103,104) you get audio but no video.

Also, according to the specifications on the Sony Website for your model

It lists the Tuner as DVB-T

To get Freeview HD, you need a tuner called DVB-T2

So, my next question is, How are you getting the Freeview HD channels.  Have you got a separete device?

Unfortunatley, Unless you have another device that is capable of Freeview HD (that has the DVB-T2 tuner), you will not be able to access the Freeview HD channels.
