KDL 50W656A - no programme information

Hi there, enjoying the new TV, but no matter what I try I cannot get the programme guide to show info. All I get is No Event Information. I am connected via satellite and have installed the latest sony software update. Any thoughts greatly appreciated!!

Hi there

Even though this TV has a satellite tuner and can decode the signals, unfortunately the TV is not a Freesat TV (only Freeview HD).  To get a full EPG listing via the satellite tuner, the TV needs to be Freesat approved (as Freesat is the brand for the satellite EPG).
