Hello. I have a problem with my KDL-40R450B. The response from the remote control is shocking. Very slow reaction and from time to time just jammed. I'm not talking just for changing the channels, but also when I use the menu, or use the flash drive.

Is there any way to fix this, because sometimes is really annoying.

Hi there

Can you ensure that you sre on the latest firmware for your tv.  If so, can you do a factory reset, as this can cure many issues.

The firmware is the same from the day I bought it, a year ago. From youtube I saw how I can upgrade it by flash drive. Basically I don't mess with something which I don't know. So I'll be very grateful if you can tell me from where I can download it.
