For the last couple of weeks I am getting the message "This content does not seem to be working. Please try later" on the BBC iPlayer after between one second and ten minutes of watching any program. My ISP (TalkTalk) says my connection is fine running at 13,000Kbps.
a) Anyone else having this problem
b) Anyone know the exact meaning of this message.
The TV is wired and I have tried a second router on my connection but it made no difference.

Different ethernet cable made no differences, and looking at the stats there are not any drops in the LAN statistics. (TV is plugged into eth2)

Do you have any customised proxy settings, either on your TV or on your Router?
One other thing, can you just double-check that your IP address is actually located in UK. See: http://www.iplocation.net/
Thats the only thing left that I can think of.
PS: Im also on TalkTalk with a NX723 tv, and it works fine.

My IP seems to be in the UK as well.
I am going back to Talk Talk again to see if they can debug something.

This is definitely the ISP as I borrowed a neighbours connection and this worked as expected.

I have a similar problem. Not able to access iPlayer with error 'cant access server'
Im on BT Fibre and have done all the usual things, switching on and off, reseting ect. All the other IP channels like Ch5 and Youtube work fine.

Hi there @dansus
At the moment, there is an issue with iPlayer on 2010 TVs and devices. Please see the following thread for more information:
http://community.sony.co.uk/t5/televisions/bbc-i-player-not-connecting/m-p/1645079
Any updates received will be posted to that thread.
Cheers
