Hi all, Bought a Sony Bravia W82B, I cant find the internet Browser option? Im connected to wifi. Any ideas... tried Apps, All Apps, the centre round button on the control does not bring up a menu as it says in the manual. Any ideas what im doing wrong 😞

Unfortunately no, your model (2K - FullHD), has no chance to browsing web pages. Only if you send (Mirroring) the display from a compatible mobile devices.

Is not the "soft", is the panel (hardware). Your TV is FullHD TV and nothing can change this... Only buy a different model.

Same problem no web browser  Sony 2017  model  KD-V4QE2U6 . Go in to all apps all there are is 10 apps no brower
