Interactive applications switch on

Is possible to manually switch on the interactive application? In the MENU I must the "interactive application autorun" switched to off because sometimes the TV is automatically switched off. Because that I can not use the interactive applications on our TV. On the TV is two options - switch interactive application on/off and autorun application on/off. So I think that it is possible to run it manually but know not how. I have latest firmware. We have the KDL-40W605B television.

the interactive apps availablity depends on the region and broadcasters. Were you able to get interactive apps on your TV before then it stopped or it's the first time you're trying to use this feature?

You ask me to about something else that I ask the community. Your question is not related with my question.

Overthat I give You the answer. My TV was not connected to internet before to show a fault.
