I have a Sony Bravia KDL - 32WE613 andcwhen I try to open my Prime Video app I get the message "the application is too large to display and will close".
I have been advised to clear the cache within the settings on the Prime Video app but there does not appear to be an option to do this.
Can anyone help with advice.

Hey there, for these old models they don't have a setting to clear the cache and data, you can only try ''Refresh internet content'' then unplug the TV for a minute or 2 and plug it back in.
