Has anyone else received absolutely dreadful service from the customer support department? They wrote off my brand new TV and voided the warranty stating that the damage was caused by us. Even though we have asked for the evidence that their decision is based upon they are unable to do so. They are refusing to give us details of how to contact their complaints department. Absolutely disgusting service!!
Had my X95J only 4 months, bad panel, Sony replaced it on Friday (1/7/22) Check out the screen, got in touch right away, said they would get back to me on Monday, have had to email them again today, totally unacceptable sending out TVs from the factory like this, customer service at the moment is poor.
Certainly wouldn't expect such a poor level of service from Sony. Perhaps time to look at alternative makes.
That really is bad, but having contacted the support before, it's true that they don't have a separate contact for their complaints department, or even tech, as you gotta raise everything through them and they get in touch back with their findings. Hopefully it gets better soon.
Sony have been in touch this morning, sending a new XR-75X95J out to me, 3rd time lucky with this panel.......hopefully
