Can't log into YouTube on my Sony KDL-22EX553

Hi there,

first post!

I've had a KDL-22EX553 since New Year, I've tried to login to Youtube with my id (email address) and pin (password) that i use online and it wouldn't accept it.

After searching the internet for solutions several places said I needed to go to Google/Youtube and register for 2 - step verification and then create a device specific password - http://support.google.com/accounts/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=185833

I did all this and yet I still can't sign in, says 'login failed'.

Can anyone help me with this please?

at pc try to remove the google+ link from your youtube account.

then you should be able to login at youtube on your tv.

after that i think you can link your youtube account again with google+
