Hi hoping someone can help?
I'm not too sure if this has happened since a software update but about 10 days ago i had no issues with my tv but suddenly, when turning on and trying to access netflix or youtube, get error message stating can not connect to internet? I have to switch off tv, turn off power at socket, switch back on and then it works? having to do this every day is there any fix for this please? many thanks

Hi, thanks for replying, I don't have those options on my settings screen. I did notice my Home Menu display also changed in appearance when this problem started happening so its probably down to an update? Should i try factory reset then update the software again to see if it stops?
