I have set up an internet connection for my tv - I can see it's connected - but now I don't know how to use it?
Suggestions please?

I can understand why your having problems on how to use the internet on your TV. The KDL-32R423A is NOT a Smart TV. Therefore Internet features are not availale. The reason why it has a network point is because it receive addtional channels and content via MHEG services. MHEG services are channels in the 220 range on FreeviewHD.
Also, Some channels have MHEG internet services via the red button. The BBC is trialing what they call the Connected Red Button service at the moment (not your model TV yet though), this would ultimately enable iPlayer via the red button (but I have no idea on what models will be supported later on though)
